When is vacuum conveying appropriate?

Because the system does not consist of large mechanical parts, vacuum conveying is very suitable for compact spaces. A vacuum conveyor consists of a pipe system that runs vertically and/or horizontally. The vacuum conveyor sucks the product towards itself and thus brings it to the desired place. The filters provided ensure a hygienic and dust-free system.

Vacuum conveyors are ideal for moving small volumes. Consider, for example, those quantities that are just too large to move by hand under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

The vacuum conveyor is also very suitable for moving large volumes. Think of quantities where mechanical conveyors (such as jacks and elevators) wear out too quickly or take up too much space.
